Does an arthritic knee count as a booboo?Thus qualifying for a smooch?

I'm asking for a friend.

NO! only small bears that hang out in Jelly Stone national park and assist larger bears in the stilling of pic a nic baskets truly count as Boo Boos. So an arthritic knee would be a condition that constitutes whining but not as a Boo Boo.
