KNEE PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?i am just about 15 i have had knee pain since i was 7 i have had many cortisone shots(it just makes it worseI, i've had knee braces, insoles, tried taping, and physical therapy. many many sessions of physical therapy 3, 5 month session and 6, 3 month sessions they never help. i was diagnosed with patellafemoral AKA runners knee AKA chondromalacia i just dont know what else to do except surgery, what type of surgery would they do? i need help!!!!!

it depends on whether you want an m.d. answer or an herbal answer. the m,d,'s say medical drugs is the only way to fix the problem, but most herbal people say that is the problem. i say it is simply getting more calcium in your system. anatomy and physiology says there are only two bones in the knee area, and the knee cap, so what are they going to operate on? you did not say whether you have went to an acupuncturist or an accupressurist. the pain could be from energy stopping in the knee area causing your knee to ache. if this is the problem then an accupressurist or accupuncturist wouild help.
one uses their fingers and thumbs, and the other uses needles.
