What type of Arthritis do you have? Osteoarthritis or Rheumatoid Arthritis? I assume you have seen the Rheumatologist and got a diagnosis, so what type of Arthritis, then I can help. Best of Luck

Ibuprofen when needed, ice to help with any swelling, heat when it's extremely painful. Your doctor might refer you to get physical therapy, injections, or worse case knee replacement.
