is there any good knee pain medication in the market today that i can buy?I been having a knee problem ever since i started my exercise progrom since last year August, I went to see my doctor on last year September but all she told me to stop jogging and running and do more power walk but power walk doesn't burn as much fat and calories then running and jogging so anyway, i stop pushing myself a lot and the pain in my right knee cool down a little but still i can feel it sometimes when i'm going upstairs, I even replace my daily shoes with three, one reebok run and east tone and shape-ups LT for running and walking but still the pain comes sometimes and its a little annoying, my doctor only told me to stop pushing myself harder. she said she wouldn't recommend to any of her patients to run or jog if they want to lose weight only walking is better. she didn't give me any medication that i can take to help care the pain or cool it down, all she said is to mix one table spoon of Pure Honey and Vinegar in a 8oz glass of water twice daily but i try that for two months now but still nothing works, so i know it s not a good idea asking about this here but as I said my doctor didn't do much to my problem and i don't want this to continue for long i still want to lose 15more pound so i can reach my ultimate weight goal which is 180pound but my knees are bothering me a little. please help, anyway online website about knee pain medication will help. i will read them and evolute them thank you in advance.

There are no pain relievers that specifically target the knee - or any other part of the body.
You can try any of the standard over the counter types - any drug store will have an aisle full of them:
Advil, Aleve, Bufferin, Tylenol are some brand names, plain old aspirin, generic ibuprofen, naproxin and so on.
Any one of those may help you. Different people respond differently to these medications, so you may have to try a few different kinds to find one that works for you.
