Why does my knees constantly clicking and how can i protect them?since i know myself my knees are clicking especially my left knee clicks every time i bend my leg. I'm 18 now and it starts to worry me. I also start to stretching at home and the last thing i want is hurt my knee. So i want to hear your opinions which moves are harmful when doing stretch or something else and which move are healthy when they click too much or start to hurt etc...

While knee pain has multiple causes, the most common is osteoarthritis, particularly in the older population.
