Are there physical therapy exercises for my knee?I think I have chondomalacia in my right knee from running. I've literally taken 3 months off from my running but I want to go back as it is warming up outside. Are there any physical therapy-type exercises that I could do to strengthen my knee and ease the pain when I'm running?

You have a tight tendon causing the pain and until it's freed up the pain will continue to happen.

I really hate to tell you this but going back to running is a REALLY bad idea. This condition does not go away and doing an activity that is bad for your knees is going to make things much worse over time.
I know what i am talking about, i have this condition in both my knees and it is a BITCH to deal with. I have had 10 operations on my knees and i am still in pain all time time.
