How do I treat this knee condition?So, I think I've developed a Baker's cyst in my knee; all the research I've done seems to suggest that it will go away on its own, and the best thing to do is just take it a little easy, avoid some types of exercise and do certain other kinds of exercise. However, none of the sites I've looked at indicate what those good exercises may be. Does anyone have any suggestions?

See a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and he'll probably send you to physical therapy or give you excercises to do on your own at home.

i would suggest to go to a orthopedic doctor and get a cortisone shot in your knee
