How do I treat this knee pain?I have a knee pain whereby my knee cap hurts when I bend my leg. When my leg is stretched out there is no problem, but when I run or bend it I feel pain.
I've tried an "Infraphil" IR lamp (3 x 10 minutes per day), but what else should I do?

First of all u need to be seen by a medical personal to determine what causes the knee pain. A medical history needs to be taken on you & other important information is required of you. Seek medical advice.
