Knee Disorders: What is the best pain killer for really bad arthritic knees?

What is the best pain killer for really bad arthritic knees?I already have taken Tylenol, vicodin but none of them seem to work. Maybe I need to see a Arthritis doctor about other treatments. I have been crippled by the pain to the point where I couldn't even stand. Very painful.

The over the counter medicine Aleve is suppose to be the best medicine to take. Take two at a time.

I take Aleve every day - 3 pills. It is a good anti-inflammatory medicine. Aspirin is good, too, but kind of hard on your stomach. Tylenol is worthless for arthritis pain - in my experience.

If you go to the doctor - they can prescribe stronger medicines like Celebrex and Mobix - both very good medicines.
