Hi,I did the following:

My Spring Forest Qigong Healing Story - Jill Christensen

When the side effects of the medication she was given to correct her heart problems proved debilitating, Jill Christensen of Minneapolis looked for alternatives. When a friend told her about qigong master Chunyi Lin and his Spring Forest Qigong, Jill thought it couldn't possibly help but she was desperate enough to try anything. She never expected it would change her life. "The funny heart beats were gone within 2 days of the first session. By the time I had my nuclear stress test, my heart was in perfect condition (no more hypertrophy), and I no longer needed blood pressure medication. After subsequent sessions with Chunyi, I have lost all desire to emotionally eat and have lost 30 pounds, I made it through hay fever season without any allergy medication, my achy knees and hip don't give me any problems anymore, and I am on an incredible journey of discovering me. I am learning to trust again, I have faith again, I am able to be still in stressful situations and maintain some perspective, and I am overall just much better at being ME!" -- Jill Christensen
