What can cause neck, shoulders, wrist, ankle, knee and back pain?I am 33 and have no history of sickness, but the pain is really rushing through my body. I am also tired all the time and would like to know if I should see a doctor or something...

Yeah you should go get checked out. It sounds like an autoimmune disease such as lupus or Rheumatoid arthritis. Which by the way neither one are deadly so don't freak out.

With widespread pain like you describe along with extreme fatigue, it sounds a lot like fibromyalgia which is a form of arthritis that affects your muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments. It also causes fatigue and almost flu-like body aches. My wife suffers with fibromyalgia. Check it out on WebMD . I would suggest you see a Dr or Rheumotologist and get checked out. Feel better and good luck to you.

With the widespread of the description you give it sounds like Arthritis in some form, they're are so many, also Rheumatism. Fibromyalgia is a "catchall" phrase when they can't put there finger on the pain.
First, see your family doctor and he'll give you a referral to a specialist. Then it's a matter of tests and X-Rays, CATS and MRI's. I've had arthritis for many years with implants and drugs. If you can catch it in the early stages you may be able to at least control it. Good luck.

Autoimmune diseases as others have mentioned can cause these types of symptoms. Another possibility is Lyme disease (from a tick bite). It would probably be worthwhile to make an appointment with your doc to get a complete blood panel that includes tests for autoimmune problems and the test specifically for Lyme disease.
