What do you do for severe knee pain?

What do you do for severe knee pain?I had a terrible fall 3 months ago, and my knee is screwed up. I have had physio and the pain starts shortly after I finish my physio.

Well, I used to have this little knee strap thingamabob for my osgood schlaters disease. It's just a strap you wrap around your lower knee. If you don't already have something similar, ask your doctor whether it would work for you. While your at it ask your doctor to prescribe you some strong pain killers.

I'm not sure what you mean by physio but it sounds like some sort of activity or exercise, which is what is recommended by my doctor for the osteoarthritis in my knee.

Try some "Aspercreme". That stuff works wonders !
