Why do I have such bad knee pain?The other day I fell off my bike and my bike hit my knee, I already have bad knees, and the area around it has been hurting with every movement. I am about to go on a hiking trip, so will this cause some horrible injury?

if your knee is hurting from a fall off a bike, i wouldn't be going on a hiking trip. You obviously injured your knee and it need time to heal or you risk further injury.

felling off a bike in itself can be very painful.
I was wondering how old you are -
Sound like influmation to me.
You should ice it immediately after the injury and I would take an anti-inflamitory medication.
Stores sell support devises for many areas of the arms and legs that would probably be helpful to you.
