I used to cut myself but then I relaised that there were other ways to deal with problems. The plain truth is that you can't REALLy hide scars that well...but what you can do is use makeup like foundation and concealer. But dont worry because scars to eventually fade. You could also wear skin coloured tights!your scar will show through your socks.Tan tights for your legs, also try dabbing a bit of concealer over the scars first. Put concealer on your arms. As its upper arms, you could buy a little cotton shrug thing, like a shortsleaved cropped cardigan so you can still wear it in summer
