Are you over 50 and experiencing osteoarthritis pain in your knee? Perhaps you simply stood up incorrectly and twisted your knee? Knee pain, no matter what you did to cause it, can be excruciatingly painful. There are a number of non-surgical remedies, treatments or solutions for pain management you can consider. Say you've injured your knee or you have an arthritic knee flare-up and it hasn't gotten better and time has passed by and you've already tried ice packs and now you're really getting concerned. Maybe you haven't been to see your doctor. But here are some possible solutions that don't involve any surgery.Knee surgery in India is available to alleviate symptoms. An arthroscopic assessment may be advised to study the degree of damage to the cartilage. Simultaneously, the damaged cartilage can be debrided. If there is a clear cut evidence of maltracking of the patella then a lateral release can be done. Open operations involve decreasing the load on the joint by elevating the tibial tubercle.Physiotherapy has been more efficient in the treatment of joint inflammation and particularly in the remedy of knee pain and sacroiliac joint. Anti-inflammatory drugs are likewise generally employed and some serious cases a cortisone injection may be needed. Most individuals experience good results with one of these kinds of remedy or perhaps a mix of both.Knee relaxing Lie down on your back knee folded and slide your legs slowly to a full extent and back again. do with alternate legs. Next repeat the same lying on your sides. The quadriceps muscle is the large muscle in the front of your thigh which attaches to your knee cap ("patella") via the quadriceps tendon. Your knee cap must move up and down in its groove in order for your knee to bend and straighten. Your quadriceps "tendon" comes from the quadriceps muscle in your upper thigh, and then wraps down over the knee cap. The quadriceps tendon is then referred to as the "patella tendon" as it attaches below the knee cap to your tibia, (your lower leg bone). Also important is gentle stretching. For your quadriceps, the best way to stretch is on your stomach so that your hip is straight. Place a rolled up towel or pillow under your lower thigh to slightly lift your leg off the surface and gently pull your ankle towards your buttock. You can stretch yourself, or if that is too difficult to do without twisting your back or your hip, then have someone gently stretch your knee for you. Just make sure they are doing it very gently and not pushing through pain. Hold the stretch for 10-15 seconds and repeat 5 times.Consider using more effective, all-natural pain relief obtained with dietary supplements containing natural pain relief ingredients, such as ginger, resveratrol, turmeric and restorative ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid, collagen and chondroitin to help rebuild cartilage, provide cushioning and lubrication for joints.

stairs? is it ok to walk up and elevator down? Weak knees.?
Consider stairs to be an moderate to high level of difficulty for exercise. I'm in great shape, I run, I exercise and play sports, and 6 stairs can get me just a little winded. Someone who's not used to exercise might have a much more difficult time. You can try 4-5 flights of stairs, but make sure you don't kill your heart.
Try walking 30 minutes every night. That'll help you. It's got to be a lot better than taking the elevator both ways.
