Help Please!! Knee pain and weakness. ?Hi. I'm 16 years old and I have been troubled by knee weakness and pain. This would not be the first time, last year i experienced a lot of pain in my knees and I thought it was from dancing but I'm not dancing this year and my knees still hurt. I was standing in choir today for about 20 min and I was in horrible pain. Almost to the point where I was panicking. I just want to know what this is, and what I should do. Thanks!

you are 16 and this shouldn't be happening. Make a doctor's appointment stat and go from there. in the meantime, take ibuprofen, it can help with the swelling, and stay off of your knees as much as you can. Icing them may help as well. good luck!
