My knee fells really heavy, and I can't put my knees straight.
My leg feels numb and my needs and ankle feels like its twisted every time i walk.
I can't go to the doctors.
can you recommend the names of medicine that works really good for symptoms like mine?
p.s my leg was like this for about a year or two

you might want to ask your doctor to perscribe you some oxycodone (pain killer) if your in chronic severe pain which it sounds like you are that would definitly help.

You might want to call your local Health Department to see if they will see you as they see patients that don't have insurance and are low income. If they say they can't see you ask if there are any free clinics or low income clinics in your area and how do you contact them.
If they can't help you check with your local county commissioner or city or county offices to see if anyone knows of free or low income clinics in your area.
Some Churches run health clinics and dental clinics for those without insurance or people who have low income.
If you are in a small community you might have to check with a larger community or city for help.
Have you tried to apply for disability?
Have you tried to apply for medicaid so you can get medical help?
You can apply for medicaid online and your age does not matter as they go by your income. They will ask for your last or present income tax statement, your present income and from what source, how many people in household and income of entire household. They may ask what property you own (don't worry they cannot take a person's home) like home, lots, rentals, cemetery plots. They may ask how much money you have in the bank and in savings and if there is any investments. I believe you are allowed to have about 2 - 4,000 in savings and still get help. They may ask what the amount of your monthly household bills are like water, electricity, gas.
Hope this helps.
