Knee and arm hurt worse in support sleeve?Hi there! I wear a sleeve/brace on my knee for patellar tracking disorder (where the knee caps move the wrong way) - but my knee actually hurts more when I'm wearing the brace. I have one on my elbow now too and that hurts more with it on. Is this normal?

talk to your doctor !!!! but if it is making your body move differently than what you have become comfortable with then it will be uncomfortable while you adjust to the correct way.
