What are side effects from steroid injections for pain?I am female and am interested if there are unknown side effects which doctors may not advise you about. These injections are for pain in knees.

I've had a few of these injections and I don't care what the side effects might be, it would be worth it. Those shots are fabulous.

I have had them before for back/hip pain and experienced only one side effect. Hunger. You eat alot, you will make really good meals though...My family never ate so good. So try to eat alot of salads and healthy stuff so you don't gain weight.
