What can I do for a hyperextension of the knee?Yesterday, while playing soccer I sort of bent my knee to far forward. It hurt pretty bad for about a minute, then it felt fine, and now it hurts slightly every once in a while. I really don't want it to get worse, so what can I do to prevent that?

go see a doctor, your patella(knee cap) is suppose to prevent those kind of things from happening, but if you are young, you might just be growing and may grow out of it.
