What is the name of this knee condition where patellas stay pointing outwards and grind at the joint.?Can't remember the name of one of the knee problem I was diagnosed with years ago. The physio therapist said it was a condition caused by the tendons being too tight; that the patellas are pointed outwards on an angle when a baby is crawling and they are supposed to straighten as you begin to walk but due to the over-tight tendons mine never straightened and caused knee pain, patella femoral syndrome symptoms, and some bone damage.
