Whats the best treatment for knee pain?Well, my knee is hurting a lot lately. I JUST got over the flu so I don't want to say anything to my parents about it, plus I don't need to miss anymore school. I had broke a tendon in it around two years ago, and I was wondering if theirs something I can do without alarming anyone?

You can try ice or heat; whichever works. If it is swelling up; you can try ibuprofen. I'm assuming you "Tore" your tendon; this should be healed by now. Try strength training (look up knee exercises on google). If it doesn't stop hurting within 2 weeks; I would have it looked at.
