Constant inner knee pain, any ideas?

Constant inner knee pain, any ideas?I've never had any injuries. My job requires me to walk a lot and pull a lot of pallets. I've been doing this for 4 years now. I don't get as much sleep as I should but I've always been ok until now. My inner knees (behind my knee caps) feel like they just ACHE! More so when I'm sitting down. It started a few weeks ago with just the left knee, then the right and now it's just both of them with a constant pain. I take 500mg of pain reliever from the store and it goes away some but is still there. Any ideas?

If this just recently started after 4 years, It could be one of several things.

1) Muscle imbalance- Your quad muscles ( there are 4 of them) actually attach to the knee and kneecap. If there is an imbalance between them, the kneecap will pull to one side and the patella(kneecap) no longer tracks correctly. This causes rubbing and pain. Working out the specific muscle group that is weakest is your best bet to help this condition.

2) Misalignment of the knee. If the joints in the knee are misaligned they can also cause pain.

3) Misalignment of the pelvis or feet- This is the most common cause of knee pain and the most commonly overlooked condition. The knees are designed as a shock absorber for the feet and pelvis. As a result, if either one of those is out of alignment, your knees will hurt.

I would recommend going to a chiropractor. Make sure that he inspects all 3 locations and not just the knee. Personally 7/10 it is #3, 2/10 it will be #2 and 1/10 times (if that high) will be the muscle imbalance.

I hope this helps. I wish you the best
