You have several resources already but are you sure it's arthritis? If you have already had it diagnosed you want to be sure you get mild, low or no impact exercise everyday. Mom's doctor told me to get her some cushioned insoles for her shoes, preferably wedge shaped. the idea is that it forces you to distribute your weight differently taking some of the strain off your knees.
Anti-inflammatory are very helpful for arthritis but you said no meds, right? If the only reason you want to stay away from meds is all the recent Celebrex and Vioxx connection to heart disease, there are anti-inflammatory that you can take that are safe. Tumeric and ginger both have anti inflammatory properties as well as other herbs. If you go with herbs make sure you research your herb of choice thoroughly. Most herbs have a toxicity level, you need to know how much is too much.
