I have pain behind my knee, can anyone help?Localised pain on the right knee, behind the knee on the right side. I get it at particular times, sometimes at work as I am out on a golf course doing a lot of walking. Mostly though it happens if i bend my leg at particular angles. For instance - sitting on a chair and placing the outside of my right ankle on my left knee (the way guys often sit), or sitting on the floor with my legs crossed. Any indications of what could be causing the pain? In both these poses i get a stressful kind of pain in that area behind my right knee.

You can have one of three possible ailments. The way to check for the first two is to palpate your area and check for pain spots.
1. If you palpate and find clear pain spots about the size of a penny to a half-dollar, then you probably have tendinitis.
2. If you palpate but find no clear pain spots and the pain is diffuse throughout the knee, then you probably have a cartilage injury.
For both these options, I would suggest you immobilize the knee and rest it to prevent further damage and allow the area to heal. In the case tendinitis, it would take about a month to heal, while the cartilage damage would take possibly longer with a risk of becoming chronic. However, a possible alternative is to use a product called the FASTT patch for tendinitis or a similar product called the WHITEE patch for cartilage damage. A treatment of three patches would take care of the injury in about a week.
The chances of the injury being of option 1 or 2 is 90% with option 1 having a 70% chance and option 2 having a 20% chance.
The third possible ailment would be Psoriatic Arthritis. This would indicate a liver compromise that led to toxins escaping the natural filtering effect of the liver and attacking the knee. This would be solved by a two products called the Brown Juice and LC Balancer. The Brown Juice would replenish the liver and restore it to working order while the LC Balancer would increase micro circulation and thus increase the rate at which the liver heals.
