Does Inner Knee Pain automatically mean Torn Medial Meniscus?

Does Inner Knee Pain automatically mean Torn Medial Meniscus?Hi for a while now I been having some inner knee pain. The pain is very minor , does not happen all the time. But it is enough to feel it.Sometimes it will occur while I am walking. Changing.. etc...
Does this inner knee pain always indicate a torn meniscus? Nothing is sensitive to touch. There is no swelling at all.
What could be causing this pain?

Not automatically, but there is a chance. Only a doctor can tell you for sure. If it is minor pain, I doubt it, but you should still get it looked at.

Tight tendons will cause the knee to go into pain as well. have freed them up already to get rid of the pains.
