is leaving the 'fluid' in your knee a bad thing?i strained my knee about 3-4 weeks ago, and i started realizing that i may have developed some fluid around my knee. now i have no pain whatsoever, but it feels weak sometimes. i've recently been taking anti-inflammatory pills and icing my knee and that has been helping, but there is still fluid around my knees. my question is what is the worst that can happen, and is it possible that i have a bone spur? i read that fluid in knees can lead to bone spurs

the bits of liquid that you sometimes get are called cists, if they are causing you pain then its best to inject the liquid out
Hi,I did the following:
Fluid extraction from a knee!!
So i took a sweet crash while kiteboarding and my knee after a few weeks filled up with blood to the size of a softball... Thanks to my great ortho surgeon i got it all taken care of!! Don't let fluid fill your knee up!!
