Knee Disorders: Causes of badly aching joints?

Causes of badly aching joints?Does anyone know any causes for badly aching and stiff joints other than arthritis? I've been suffering with them for years in my knees, hips, back and fingers but the test came back negative. I really need to get this sorted soon as it's causing me to take unhealthy amounts of painkillers just to get through the day, let alone do anything I need to like shopping or even going out full stop.
Ibuprofen and Paracetamol are barely taking the edge off and Glucosamine doesn't do a thing.
If it helps, I'm 24.

Taking Statins can do that such as Lipitor or Mevacor.

other causes can be Lyme Disease or Gout.

Glucosamine did nothing because it NEVER does anything. Biggest scam on the market. if you read the fine print it says NOT evaluated by the Food and Drug Admin.

You are too young to have this problem but it must be some type of arthritis that is more active during the winter months. I have back and joints problems for years, and I found this product called Joint Lub supplements made by MegaCare. It helps me to the point that I hardly have any pain. It has Glucosamine (anti-inflammatory properties) Chondroitin and Bovine Cartilage that help rebuild cartilage. It also has other herbs that help the absorption of those minerals and relieving arthritis pain. Check their website at megacare.com and try this product. I highly recommend it.
