Knee Ankle and Wrist pain?I have had knee pain since I was a child - the doctors diagnosed me as having arthritis. The pain was very sporadic and normally went away with a couple of tylenol. I am now in my mid 30s and the pain is extreme - I went to the dr and they diagnosed me with Patellar Tracking Disorder but the pain is not just in my knees - it is in my wrists and ankles. They want me to be on the highest dosage of Ibuprofen which makes me feel sick and really doesn't even cut into the pain. So they gave me Sulindac - makes me feel sleepy and doesn't help either. The only thing that takes a big edge off the pain is strong pain meds. I think this may be more than just Patellar Tracking Disorder - but no clue what else. Thoughts?

Did you tell the doctor about the pain at wrist and joints? If you are really worried you should consult a rheumatologist. It does sound like a case of arthritis to me but then there are multiple diseases in Rheumatology that can cause joint pains ranging from rheumatic arthritis, SLE, systemic sclerosis and others. You may want to ask for another doctor opinion.
