knee tendons?Had knee replacement 6 months ago. I have a catching in the back of my knee and a popin on the side. Have lost about 10 degress in my range of motion. Help.

You may want to speak with the surgeon who did your TKR, b/c there should not be any popping or catching. Sounds like you have cartilage/meniscal injury and tightness in your IT band. I'll link you to some stretches.
