What else can I do to relieve pain in my knee other than pain medication & sports creme?

Excercise. It will probably hurt, but you still do the excercise.

ice it and elevate it. take aleve, or ibuprofen. you could try a knee brace. if you haven,t done this; see an orthopedic doc. this is what i did. it really helped.
