Knee Disorders: whats a good way to strengthen my knee?


whats a good way to strengthen my knee?I have a bad left knee and i was wondering if anyone knew any exersices that would help to strengthen it?

Maybe jogging...

Or bending your knee genlty... for about 5 minutes...

Well it all depends on what is wrong with your knee. Generally squats are an excellent way to strenghten your knees and prevent injuries; that is, if they are done with good form. But then again, depending on why you knee is bad, I don't know if that would be the best idea.

Go up to your friend and kick him in the face XD jk But bending your legs is a good exercise. =]

Mainly the exercises you can do will be basic stretching and using one of those rubber band things. I tore my MCL and I have have severe pains since it happened. I had a surgery done but then afterwards the pain was so severe I just couldn't take it.

I looked all over the internet to try and find something that I could use. I did use the rubber bands and it seemed to help. The stretching work as well.
