Knee pain common from starting Plyometrics?I've recently begun doing the P90x, and my knees have been pretty sore after the Plyometric workouts. I worked out my legs prior to P90x and I used to run, but never had an issue with knee pain before. Is that common for people who have never done Plyometrics before? Would icing it and some form of anti-inflamatory be the best solution here?

Rule of thumb for joint pain is RICE: Rest, ice, compression, elevation.
I didn't get any pains from the plyometrics, but due to my history with ankle pain and an old knee injury, I bought a mat from Dick"s Sporting Goods before I started. I have wood floors and the jarring of the jumping (they call it "High impact" for a reason) would have killed my ankles. The mat was a little pricey, $ 50, but it's about 3/4" thick and maybe 5x7? It fits together like a jigsaw puzzle.

If you have a problem with the cartilage of your knee or other articulation of your body and pain, i may suggest you a brand new product made with the best and most innovative nanotechnology in the market. This product contains glucosamine that regenerates the cartilages, chondroitin that lubricate the articulations, Celadrin that is a pain and inflammation reducer and MSM that regenerates tissue. All this in a high concentration cause the gel nanotechnology allows to put more active substance in one product. It's the only product in the market that contains this 4 products in one and with that concentration, if you want to take this 4 products separately you'll have to take about 13 pills or a pill with a size of a golf ball. And is 100% natural.
It's the best way to repair and end with the pain on your knees, it also helps with arthritis.
Should you need more information, just contact me, i have a lot of more info about this.
