painful stiff knee joints since childhood, very hard to bend them, ache when in 1 position for while?i have this problem with my knees, it comes and goes. worse when it is cold or damp, but i have had it at times during the summer. some times it goes completely for months then comes back. i have had this problem since i was 6 or 7 now im 24 . its a real pain inside near the font of my kneecap, going into sitting or standing position is painful, doing up shoes, picking up things etc so its affecting my life, sometimes even without moving its sometimes just dull ache and sleeping is difficult sometimes.i have gone to a few doctors about this but they have all done 1 blood test said they didn't know and looked no further into it.i always thought it was arthritis but last doc said blood test did not show this. its getting worse and i have had similar pain and swelling in my hands and on occasions my elbow and wrists. my knees are by far the worst. i do not want to take painkillers for the rest of my life so im wondering what it is and perhaps natural things that may help.
if you think you could help me but need more info please contact me as its quite bad and i really need some advise on dealing with it. thank you

From what you have decribed it has to be arthritis,but I am no doctor, I would be getting a different opinion, I have suffered this problem with my left knee for years and it was arthritis and ended up with a total knee replacement, now its even worse than before cause I got a Swedish surgeon who did not know what he was doing now I am suing.
