right knee pain? i did some rigorous excercises for the leg in the gym?was tryin to lift more weights with legs n i think i got hurted. i dont know if ligaments are damaged, its two days i still have pain, but it is not so much, its bearable, it pains only when i walk, and its bearable though. does any one knows about it, and some home remedies for this? i do not want to go to doc, as they complicate things in the country i live in

You probably pulled a muscle, or it's just sore because you overdid it. If you tore a ligament or tendon, you would be in more pain. It should ease up within a few days. Meanwhile, rest it as much as possible, keep it elevated (put your leg up on a stool when you're sitting), and use hot or cold compresses to ease the swelling and pain.
