Why in the world would a tight feel lead you to believe it is cancer?
There are so many things that can cause discomfort in the knee this just does not make any sense. Any cancer that would occur in the knee would most likely be bone cancer or a sarcoma and this would be rare, there is no such thing as knee cancer.
