What pain pills are not blood thinners?

What pain pills are not blood thinners?I have chronic knee pain to the point where I have had to take a few vicodin to stop the pain. I have recently been diagnosed with a blood disorder called Von Willebrand and my doctor said I can not take blood thinners. Are there any over the counter pain pills that I can take that are not blood thinners?

Tylenol, or a script drug called Darvocet.... darvon + tylenol

Check with the pharmacist.

Aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen all have an effect on blood clotting. The only thing available to you over the counter would be acetaminophen.

EDIT: Darvocet is not available without a prescription.

Almost all of them. Just avoid aspirin.
