Under my football uniform...too much?

yea thats too much. its too bulky and will slow u down.If your talking from a health perspective, I think you'll just have to try it out and see. As long as you're comfortable and you're not cutting off the circulation, it should be ok. I started to answer this question, then decided since I never played football and could only picture soccer players in thin nylon shirts and shorts in freezing rain, I should consult an expert, so this is what my friend has to say:

"It's definitely overkill, one layer of a whisk away (moisture) will be plenty. They have so much improved the new materials, unlike what we had 50 years ago. 50 years oh my god,,,,,,,,,,,,,,"
