Is there any workouts i can do to build up my speed but also having inflammation in my knee?I had a problem with my left knee. When i use it after some time it becomes swollen and painful to bend and overall use. I been to the doctors, theres not much i'm able to do but take ibuprofen and put ice on it. i'm just going to workout with it. So with this pain is there anyway to do some workouts to build my speed in my legs an upper body without running?

well im 14 years old so i dont know to much yet but i had the same feeling you might have and it turned out to be a torn maniscus (knee cartalige) that i had a surgery for so from what i know i think you should not do anything to add alot of weight on your knee for a good month.
