How do i stop limping while running after dislocated knee?

How do i stop limping while running after dislocated knee?Hello recently I dislocated my knee and just a week ago "recoverd" I am in the military and must run everyday. I am running with a terrible limp however and It has reduced my runtimes and feels very unnatural. I'm also afraid it will cuase other injuries. There is no pain, it is purely mental. Plz give me tips on correcting my stride.

Any way you can get excused from these runs for medical reasons? It sounds like your knee is not fully recovered and running will only slow this down or cause you to re-injure yourself again. Go see the doctor to see if you can get medically excused from military training runs until you're better. Also ask if it's ok to cross train. This will allow you to maintain your fitness.
