I have a bad family history of knee problems and wanted to know knee workouts to strengthen my knees?If there is anything else I can do that you think will help please tell me. I play tennis and I am afraid I might dislocate my knee.

have and exercise ball in hands against a wall legs sholer widlt appart slide up and down bending your knees over your toes making sure its strainght over your toes ect ect
stand on the edge of a step push your calfs al the way down and all the way up..understand????

I would go to a physical therapist and ask them. Or go to a personal trainer and get some exercises. The money would be well spent because the training will last a lifetime.
