What is the best way to treat arthritis on my knee?The pain is severe?I would appreciate a better solution than Diclofenac.

This is gunna sound so lame but, ive had mild arthritis in my knee since i was 13!
My mum use to always put a heat pack on it when i went to be and during the day she would give me the strongest med's she could find for the pain. Good luck. I really hope your pain stops.xx
