Inner knee pain - fallen arches?

Inner knee pain - fallen arches?I have had flat feet since I was a child and only lately I have started getting very painful inner knees. Could this be related? The pain is not there all the time (it tends to get worse if I have done a lot of walking in the day). I couldnt get on with those arches you put in your shoes. Is there anything else I can do?

continue to use insoles and follow up with your podiatrist.

Yes, it's all connected and you need to correct your arches. Just gradually start using the arch insoles, start with 1 hour per day, and add 1 additional hour each day so your body can get used to it. By the end of 2nd week, your feet should be able to tolerate the arch insoles.
