Arthritis pain in my right knee?I have arthritis in my right knee that can be very painful. My doctor says to just use Tylenol. Any ideas on what I can do when the Tylenol doesn't help, and I have to be at work - on my feet for several hours.

If you have arthritis you need to be looked after properally - and get some arthritis medication or it will get worse. I dont know what Tylenol is but if its not specifically designed to help arthritis and is only a pain killer then you need to get better advice. There are many different ways to help arthritis.

Go to Walgreen's etc and buy a tube of Capision creme. It is made from Cayenne Pepper it does help. Also try some Unker's it is also a pain relief salve. It is hard to find ,,,It can be bought online / Also if you live the state of Michigan,,,try "Red tart Cherry Juice" you have to mix it 7up or something ,,but man does it help.. It takes about 30 days to completely get thru your system. Look it up online....Good Luck
