Knee Disorders: Can you sprain your knee from running?

Can you sprain your knee from running?I go running everyday, and all of a sudden my knee hurts. I cant stretch it out all the way, I limp when I walk, and if I try to run I cant. And i've been walking funny. Should I go to the doctors cause it sounds like a sprained knee?

Sprained isn't the term for it but yes you should go to the doctor. You will probably be told to ice it, rest it, and given an anti-inflammatory medication.
