Popliteal Fossa feels uncomfortable (slight pain) 5 months after torn meniscus arthroscopy?Okay, so I had surgery on my knee because of a torn meniscus 5 months ago and I am having this tender feeling in my popliteal fossa. Another thing is that when I push down on my knee (stomp the ground and hold it) I feel a bit of pain in the kneecap area. Now, also after I do squatting I get this pain in my popliteal fossa almost immediately after pushing back up. Any comments will be appreciated thanks.
