What is the best exercise for a strained knee?I don't have access to a swimming pool but need to get well fast to get back to work!
Hi Doc, I got an MRI, nothing was wrong but they didn't tell me what was strained. I am stretching my hamstring every day, also riding on an excerise bike 15km every day. I have also tried squats, I can only manage about 5 before it starts hurting.
Sorry I had to add to details, I don't think I can 'reply' to yours (not sure how to do it anyway).

Did you strain a tendon or did you strain a ligament. Squats are always good. It is important to know what you strained. If you strained a tendon it will take a long time to heal because their is no muscle. Don't work through the pain on a knee injury. Just work it slow and increase weight if you use weights. Also be sure to make sure you do it in full range.
