Knee pain after exercise? Why does my knee hurt so much after exercise. I just went out on a short run today for about 10 minutes, and my knee hurt like crazy after that. It does the same if I put much weight on it. It even happens when I'm walking.
What could this be?
Could this have anything to do with what my chiropractor said. He said that one of my legs is shorter than the other, and that puts out my hip.
- just had to ask 1
Do you do the warm up and stretch thing before you start? If not maybe you should start. Ask your Chiropractor which leg is longer before you tell him about knee pain. He/she may have some ideas to help you. Make sure you ice your knee after exercises 15 min on 15 min off for about an hour. You can do this several times a day while it's swollen. Good Luck

Try and look for painful spots allll over your thighs. Massage through those painful spots, preferably with a tool but you can use pointed fingers but not just your thumb. A massage therapist should know how to help you.
