Knee pain diagnosis help?Okay so for a couple months now I have had severe knee pain. The pain is located at the top of my knee cap and the pain gets increasingly worse as I try to straighten my leg. I can not straighten my leg against the force of gravity while laying down. Any ideas what my problem is?

you might have torn a little bit of cartilage and it is getting caught under your knee cap. get it checked out
