mystery knee diagnosis?so i injured my knee cheering i badly hyper extended it and hear a pop... i went into the doctors a day later there was no significant swelling and no breaks or fractures. it doesn't hurt so completely terribly to walk on it but it does ache and throb. the pain goes from the center of my knee and wraps around the back when i bend my knee i feel a pop right above the knee cap this has been going on for a month can anyone help?

You could have a ligament or tendon out of place. Perhaps you should go to an orthopedic who might be able to diagnose you better than a general practitioner. And maybe you just need some physical therapy.
